(53,235 posts)Made in 1988. I watched part 1 (of 3). It was very good. A Bernie-esque guy gets elected as Prime Minister--and the shenanigans begin.
Keep forgetting to watch the rest.
BTW, I sympathize. I was burned this past year and had to get a new credit card.
There's always http://comediansincarsgettingcoffee.com/ too.

(14,275 posts)There is hours of footage of a guy sticking different objects into a blender to determine if his blender can handle it. Suspense. Humor. Drama. "Does It Blend?"
You'll laugh. You'll cry. You will blame me for wasting your time.

(45,524 posts)It is a well made show/ kind of a spoof on the Hunger Games where in the future young people have to fight in the arena for a chance to get hired. Great show and they made 2 seasons.

(72,300 posts)My home is well stocked but 2 weeks without replenishing my cooking supplies started to leave a few empty spots. [img][/img] I've put off shopping as long as I can so tomorrow I'll be busy buying bags of black, red and brown rices , fresh kale and fresh mushrooms for the crock pot meals.

(14,881 posts)So I don't need to go back until next Thursday (the day the free weekly paper comes out). I'm still pretty well stocked with beans, rice and millet, although I do plan to pick up kale this week. Ran out of my own frozen a few weeks ago and am starting to miss it.
My 1st shopping trip will either be Johnny's Seeds or picking up lumber to start making the bunnies their new hutch! Depends on how things go today.
The purchase that I suspect triggered the hijacking was online for a 24x48" garden cart -- the type you see at nurseries. I'm going to build a double hutch into it -- each bunny will have a 24x24" bedroom with a steel grid separating them, so in winter they can snuggle together while still separated. Each side will have a door that opens as a ramp that will drop into a puppy pen. I haven't decided yet whether to spring for 2 puppy pens or just one divided. The bottom of the cart is woven wire -- I'll cover that with hardware "cloth" so they'll have better support for their feet, but their pee and poop will still drop through.
I'll be able to wheel the bunnies into the barn or garage at night or up against the house right by my bedroom door, for safety. By day, they'll be out grazing in their bunny tractor! By dragging the pen around the yard, they'll be doubling at grazing and as lawn mowers
