Top photo of Rappaport clearly has a different ear than the bottom two photos. Also the length of the philtrum (space between nose & upper lip) is clearly different in the top photo.

If you ever have to identify someone involved in a crime. Concentrate on their ears. Hair color and styles can change. Facial hair comes and goes. Contacts can change eye color. And then there's plastic surgery that can change just about everything. Ears don't change… except to get bigger as we age.
