it appears the back wheels locked up (why, don't know) because they weren't spinning when the car flipped.

My bad. A power line snared it. Just see the pole fall at the far right.

I'm hoping that the driver wasn't too badly hurt

The car runs over the wires, snags them and gets flipped because of forward momentum.
