Well, that's what the Cincinnati folks THINK...they don't know the difference between spaghetti sauce and chili, so they SURE as hell don't know they can't be the capital of a state they're not actually in.

FWIW--
same-named town in Mississippi is pronounced LOUIS-vull, locally....Additional fun fact for the night ;O)
