I was interviewing at a pizza place and the manager invited me back to his office to go over my application. He said "Walk this way" and turned around and started limping exaggeratedly (like Marty) and I followed suit - I didn't know him from Adam so it was a spur of the moment decision for me to figure he was just trying to be funny and not genuinely afflicted. But he said once he saw me walking that way he knew we'd get along just fine. And we did. I had a good time at that job.
