poor husband has the flu

he's in tears because he aches so badly. went to the clinic today, but it's too late for anything but the usual home remedies.

this is the sickest he's been for years and i hate that i can't do anything

Lots of pampering. Lots of sleep.

I started getting the flu shot some years ago after the most awful case of the flu, it really is so unpleasant. I hope he feels better very soon.
