Someone busted out my driver side window...

I suspect its my crazy Trump loving neighbor, but until I can get some proof, how do I keep the elements out? I don't have a garage..for now I cover over with a black plastic trash bag, and put a car cover over it...Nothing appears to have been taken, and I am going to file a police report..

The next step up is to get some clear thick plastic at a home center, hardware or craft store.

I used to use the really thick stuff with self-adhesive heavy duty Velcro. Used to work great, even at 65MPH (and that was in Maine, with freezing rain, snow and ice).

You can't really tell, but that is what the driver's window is in this photo:
