Help, Lounge! I need guidance!

I constantly get fundraising letters from political groups/candidates/parties (nearly all of the progressive Democratic persuasion). I donate what I can, when I can, to the ones I most favor. But today, I got something radically different!

** I got a fundraising letter from the Trump campaign! **

Specifically, the "Trump Make America Great Again Committee". In it was a letter from Donald, saying all the nice, friendly things he publicly says about Hillary Clinton, and how he wants my help to help him build a wall on the US-Mexican border (I thought he was going to get Mexico to pay for it, not me!), etc. And there is a survey for me to take, to indicate what issues I think are important, like picking conservative justices for the Supreme Court (UGH-lito.... !), banning Muslims from entering the US, etc. Or I can write in my own.

There is also a space where I can write a message to Donald and the Republican leadership (sounds like a bad '50s rock band...but I digress). My own message to the GOP brass.... .

And I got the usual postage-paid Business Reply envelope to return the survey and make my donation to Little Donny's campaign...

SOOOooooo--what to do, what to say? Ideas, Loungers? Can I attach the envelope to a brick and mail it, letting Donnie's club pay the extra postage? We might as well have some fun, it's Donnie's money! What message should I send to the GOPee poobahs by way of Donnie's fund-begging?

2. When I got on mailing/calling lists for Republicans

I told them that every time I got a call or received a solicitation from a Republican I would donate MORE to my chosen Democratic candidates. I'd been trying to get off Rep. (FL-Tea Party) Steve Southerland's list for over a year. Once I called his office and told them about my donations, I never got another call or solicitation from him or any other Republican since!

In Donald's case, tell him you might consider donating if he releases his tax returns for the last twenty years. Don't make any promises, just say you will think about it. Paint a brick gold and send it to him, too.

Hillary was running for the Senate, I got a fund-raising letter from her opponent. ( Rick Lasio?) It had a postage paid return envelope, so I went to Hillary's website, and printed out a few pages of her positions on issues, and resume. Put them in the envelope and sent it off. Didn't hear from them again. The post office probably wouldn't deliver a brick.

or figure out a way to put some lead fishing weights in an envelope so they won't move and send it back.

with insufficient postage anymore. I remember about 1980 hearing that they would no longer deliver mail with no postage. Turned out about 20% of utility bills were being sent without postage so the company would pay it to get the payment.

Make a copy. Send the check to her and the copy to him. Be sure you mark out your account number.
