Anyone getting calls from A&P?

That's what showing up on my caller id. I've been getting 1-2 calls a day from them. Usually I ignore, but answered the call this morning. I said hello intending to tell the caller to stop calling me, but all I got was a recorded message that said. "Hello, You are now connected". Then nothing. Okay that was weird. I tried calling the number back and got "all circuits are busy now". Tried googling and just got references to the old A&P stores.

Anyone else getting these calls?

2. Thanks, those comments are from 2012, so they've been around a while.

But it's exactly the same area code and exchange that my call came from (973-321-xxxx) just a different extension. Just thought it was kind of spooky that it said "you are now connected". Connected to what? How do I disconnect?
