1. Your are eating more hormone-laden meat under the diet.

2. Your previous diet was so unhealthy that you had an imbalance in your hormones. The new diet helped correct the problem and what you are viewing as "excessive" is actually normal.
Those 2 ideas popped out right away. I never heard of this issue before.

(20,202 posts)Soy blocks DHT, which is the promotes hair loss in men and women. So it's not that you're growing more, but you're losing less. In any case, it may be that your diet is just healthier, with more high quality protein.
