Works everytime.
After a quick descent on an airflight, have you ever noticed how your hearing improves hours later as you continue to pop your ears by yawning or sneezing? Makes me wonder if it's possible to return hearing to those who suffer hearing loss by tinkering with air pressurization.

...was when I worked at NTSB under Chairman Jim King.
King was often asked by people where was the safest place to sit in a plane.
He said he always tries to sit in the rear because he never heard of a plane backing into a mountain.
