the ones that lure you in with a picture of something you are actually interested in and when you get in there it is nowhere to be seen.

However there is a special place in hell for the one currently running with the caption about "Tom Hanks debilitating disease" with a picture of him from "Philadelphia" with oxygen mask etc. Then inside there are 50 famous people with some kind of illness we may or may not already know about and at the end, Hanks has diabetes.

Now diabetes is not a good diagnosis but with good care and diet is not debilitating.
