Sleep disruption from'puters/tablets/phones - wear sunglasses blocking blue light 3 hrs before sleep

Google shows this info has been out there for awhile but I just heard of it a couple of days ago and tried sunglasses last night with the Kindle & it seemed to help with getting to sleep instead of horrid sleeplessness till 3 A.M. The link says many other, *serious* ailments might be contributed to by blue light after dark.
