I tend to think of it as Holly Hunter's "Home for the Holidays". I didn't know that Jodie Foster directed it.

for the movie. I got a copy at a yard sale. Has a lot of reference to the movie and recipes for things they had to eat. I've never seen the movie.

I guess because it's about Thanksgiving rather than Christmas, if kind of fell through the cracks.
