Am I supposed to recognise the guy? Is he called Steel or something? I'm not up on celebrities.
Maybe it's too early.

(28,394 posts)There is no collective noun for bluebirds, but they are thrushes. So a "hermitage" of bluebirds? I have never seen more than one or two at a time.
Thanks, SCE! I also love the little girl on tippy-toes kissing a horse. So sweet.

(35,712 posts)The water one. The water one. Oh, the water one!
Is there any way to explain why it's preferable to drink from the humidifier (while I refill the containers) than the THREE bowls of water I have sitting around the house?
It never fails. I will take the humidifier containers to the kitchen to refill them and when I return, there's some cat lapping happily from what's left in the bottom of the humidifier.
The instinct for water must be paired with "opportunism" in cats.
Cher
p.s. I read where cats are prone to kidney disease and a good way to offset that is to always provide plenty of water for your cats.

(50,562 posts)A tabletop fountain is the ultimate cat waterer. If someone were to build one with a five-gallon reservoir the cat could stand on while drinking, feline water intoxication would sweep this land.

My barn cats much prefer to drink out of the skuzzy goose pool than their nice clean bowls of water.

(2,572 posts)Your skuzzy goose pool includes skuzzy geese.
Eventually, the cats will realize that it is not wise to meddle in the affairs of geese.

Count Fluffula? I used to have a cat named Claudia, named after Anne Rice's baby vampire. Our Claudia liked to nip people. I still miss her, but she lived to be sixteen years old.
Thanks, SCE!
