I worked at an engineering firm where we had wide latitude about working hours, flexible to the max. One guy sort of commandeered a room as an office. He added a couch, refer etc. Real smart guy. After a while it became apparent that he was living there. I guess he was told to live elsewhere. He wasn't fired.
