Anyone remember Title and Author? Joke book titles with the appropriate joke author names?

Twenty Miles To The Outhouse by Willie Maykit.

The Yellow River by Betty Wont.

Clinical Urology by I. P. Freely.

I Fell Off the Cliff by Eileen Dover.

Anyone have any others?

Exact same content as the Agnew book. $7.99 on Amazon. IMO the Kindle version is a ripoff.

In the movie "Wallace and Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit"

Where there appears a copy of "The Big Book of Monsters" by Claude Savagely

I love those kind of things.
