I get annoyed..
I find m'Self a quiet Place on the Beach, no people as far as the eye can see, get my Ohhhhmmmms on, & lo & behold, here come the 2 leggeds! Either a herd of 'em, with screaming kids & parents, & wagons full of 'gear ', or some dude thinking I'm looking for luvvvvv. Miles of empty Beach, & they. head straight to me. Gaaah!

another couple, from New Jersey, soon appeared and placed their towel right next to them. Long stretches of beach remained unoccupied that entire time.

The man talked and talked, acting like he was doing my brother and his wife a favor. They decided to tolerate it, wondering later if the NJ couple just wasn't as accustomed to privacy and quiet.

Some folks have NO concept of 'personal space'..
But the Beach is my church, my Sacred Space.💜

& I feel not just invaded upon, but GUILTY, cuz I feel less than loving towards other huuumans. Gaaah!

you can be sitting way off to the side and people will still come and sit directly in front of you even when there are only ten of you in the theater.

I've seen the beach phenomena. It's so weird. I guess they think you got a good section of beach so they have to try it out too. Of course, they bring a boom box.

I haven't been to a movie theater in YEEEERS! but yeah! It IS like that! wth?!

and it's not really that big.

Just do NOT break out the bread or anything else to feed the gulls. I don't know how they do it, but you can go from a clear sky with no birds in sight to an Alfred Hitchcock movie in 30 seconds flat.

I cannot imagine what it takes to wash that towel.
