for a night. Any suggestions on a restaurant? The friend I am meeting is a vegetarian and I am not. Is there a place that would be good for us both? If not a veg place with a chicken place next door, we can do take out.

What part of town will you be in?
I haven't even booked a room yet. My criteria, pool, bar and free wifi. Any suggestions? My daughter wants to stay in the touristy area so we can walk to places.
I am thinking Homewood Suites. It is a little over my budget, but they have a good happy hour and free breakfast. So that makes up for what I will save on hotel bar and breakfast.

(14,532 posts)Even though I am not a vegetarian, I love a good salad for lunch. She can be happy, my daughter eats healthy, she will be happy and I will be happy. Thanks for the suggestion.
I was looking at the Homewood suites and their website didn't mention the happy hour and breakfast. grrr. I will have to call them to make sure.

(27,995 posts)They have a lovely tree lined patio courtyard with a fish pond in the middle and many nights they have live music. They have a wonderful eclectic menu with great options for vegetarians along with meat and fish dishes. Have fun!
