My wife and I are setting up a one-trip vegan food travel blog

Since I now have the next week on vacation, my wife and I have decided to go on a little foodie road trip! And since we're vegan, it'll be a different kind of perspective that we hope others might be interested in. The blog also isn't going to be a long term thing, just something that we keep updating for the next 4 to 5 days. And if it attracts enough of an audience, I think we might evolve it into a vegan cooking blog since my wife is quite the chef... BEHOLD!!! HANDMADE VEGAN MEATBALLS!!!

[IMG][/IMG]

No worries, the blog won't be preachy, we're just gonna show you some cool shit and neat food!

Would anyone be interested in reading?

But we intend to hit up some special vegan restaurants in Wilmington, Charlotte, Greensboro and Winston Salem.

It's hard to find good healthy eats when traveling. I'd welcome your & your wife's tips.

I'll be posting the link to the blog here in the lounge soon as soon as we're ready to go live. Still working on it.

Sorry, but in my world you're not allowed to call them meatballs unless they have actual MEAT in them.

I mean, more power to ya, but they're veggieballs.
Or greenballs.
Or something.

Anyway, good luck.

Definition of meat
1
a : food; especially : solid food as distinguished from drink
b : the edible part of something as distinguished from its covering (such as a husk or shell)

Of course it also means the flesh of any living creature, but technically, I'm not going to grammar jail for using the word meat in this fashion! lol

But that's pretty much my limit unless there are extenuating circumstances.
Or mitigations.
Mitigations can be important too.

Have a nice evening.

I have a suggestion about images. You might want to reduce them in size. 4,754.17 KB and 5,312px × 2,988px is a bit much and will affect load times.

But I should've resized before upload and avoided the issue altogether.

But... Laziness.

I'm sorry though!!!!

FYI, https://wordpress.com/pricing/ will let you host your blog for free. There are no ads. They have some very nice free templates and you can upload images (up to 3GB total storage) to your blog too. Once you get it set up, you can even update blog entries with your phone.

It begins!

I chose Blogger for two reasons...

1. Lifehacker recommended it.

2. It's within the google ecosystem of apps and programs. I like that.
