Seriously, I finally read the linked article, and it appears that late night troublemaker James Cordon put Perry up to the lover rating. It was either that or "eat a questionable snack".

So it was all a joke and not Perry's idea to out her exes.

Yeah, apparently she gave a bizarre interview to James Corden, as well as collapsing incoherently on stage during a performance.
