I seem to be growing bagel mushrooms, in my back yard

I saw this, while on my morning ramble, around the 'estate'.

They're the most disgusting mushrooms I've ever seen. Or smelled. They're called stinkhorn. Don't touch them with your bare hands.

I have no mushroom survival knowledge, at all. The only ones I eat are the ones I buy at Aldi's.
