I went to the MIM (Musical Instrument Museum) this weekend. Unbelieveable!!!

I was visiting friends in Phoenix and they took me there. It blew my mind.
A separate exhibit for every country in the world. You wear headphones,
and as you pass each exhibit the flat screen TV plays the music and dance
of that nation. The place is huge and beautiful. The instruments are
fantastic. I can't say enough about this place (and I hate Phoenix).
I heard that it's rated in the top ten of world museums.
Seriously, every instrument you can imagine, and some you can't are there.
As a guitar player, I was blown away.

Hell, it's worth a trip to Phoenix just to see it. I was amazed. So cool.

There's a café too if you get hungry.
I've been to the Metropolitan Museum in NYC and this place is on a
par with that. Enjoy.
I was there almost four hours and did not see it all.

That will be on my "Phoenix list" of things to do when I go to visit her.
