Bananas Foster: Insanely good:
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter.
1 cup brown sugar.
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
1/4 cup banana liqueur.
4 bananas, cut in half lengthwise, then halved.
1/4 cup dark rum.
4 scoops vanilla ice cream.

I even put it on Saltines sometimes.

I wouldn't add it to Skittles or SweetTarts, though.

There's not a big difference between butter and cream besides milk-fat and milk-solid concentration levels. I've seen ice cream recipes that substitute butter for part of the cream.

Heat your favorite whiskey or scotch, add a little orange juice, spoon in some brown sugar to taste and stir until it dissolves. Pour into a mug then float a sliver of butter on top. Great winter warm up drink.

Not a fan of cocktails in general, especially those that involve whiskey. My favorite gets nothing added. With everyday bourbon I will add ice.
