Related: About this forumFWIW, I've been telling people to wear red on May Day..........
(BTW, cross posted in GD). Even if you can't actively participate in the Economic Day of Disruption, you can at least show solidarity.
In this country the main job at this time is to build class consciousness and this would be a way to begin that.

The only red item I own is a sleeveless knit top completely unsuitable for work. Sigh.

(111,292 posts)1. I'm wearing my Communist Party T-shirt from Threadless
It features Marx, Lenin, Mao, Castro and Stalin, Marx with a lampshade on his head and the rest with drinks.

(11,481 posts)2. Yeah, I've got two to choose from..........
I've got a bright red one with "Worker's of the world, unite" printed on it and I've got one with a picture of Trotsky on the front. The Trotsky one is my fav of course, but it's more maroon than red. So I'll probably go for the red one.

I don't know why. The only red shirt I can think of is a red Super Mario shirt.

It doesn't have to be a shirt. A bandanna or scarf would do nicely.
