wouldn't it be cool if there was an app that would tell you what something is just by taking a pic?

Oh yeah, there is! And it works remarkably well.

Take a picture with CamFind to learn more about any object. The app uses visual search technology to tell you what things are, and it can even tell you where you can buy them. Oh yeah, it translates into multiple languages, too.
