He was absolutely chilling in Night Must Fall, but he was also a deft hand at comedy. I never pass up a Robert Montgomery screening.
I know he was an avid Republican who also supported McCarthy, and I wish it wasn't so, but I like him anyway. Talent wins out in the end.
