A great selection!
I can add two more.
Topkapi with a rather incredible cast. Melina Mercouri, Peter Ustinov, Maximillian Schell, Robert Morley. A wonderful romp.
The Curse of the Jade Scorpion. Written, directed, and starring Woody Allen. Yup, it's a minor escapade, but it thankfully does not take itself very seriously. Plus, Helen Hunt and Charlize Theron are good here. Silly script and story.
"Constantinople!"
