He’s one of the best bass player on the scene.

I saw him first with Bela Fleck and the Fleck tones.
When we met him back stage he had a cockatiel on his shoulder.
My wife knew Bela back in the late Seventies.

the overlap between music and spirit, as well as his life. I recommend listening to the audiobook, which he reads himself and accompanies with music. I saw him with the Flecktones way back when, too. 🙂
