Not the sound that made me a nut about Sweet, but a really well done song.
Still has the layered "sped up" harmonies, but much less grinding.
IIRC, this came out 4or 5 years after Desolation Boulevard so it may have been an attempt to grab some disco gold or do a BeeGee's thing.
On the sped up vocals, that was a trademark but they did have 3 guys that could hit some REALLY high notes with no studio tricks.
