The most feared song in jazz, explained

I really struggled to decide whether this more properly belongs in music, or science. I'm still not sure. Still, deference to the primary topic prevailed.

I knew there was method to the jazz madness I was hearing.. I'm no music aficionado, I just know what I like. Improvisational jazz was not one of them.. This little vid explained what's going on with Coltrain's work and although I don't care for it, I can now appreciate the intricacies of the piece... Thanks!!
