Been kicking around the idea of going up to NYC in June, when David Gilmour's guitars are on display at Christies, and hitting both exhibits. A one day extravaganza, and sleep on the train home since hotels up there are so dang expensive.

I've been trying to think of a travelling partner who would be up for it. I am thinking about contacting one of my best friends from high school, someone I haven't seen in years and who I had many musical adventures with back in the day, to see if he would like to go. It would make for a fun reunion and I know he'd appreciate and freak out over the exhibits as much as I will.
