Has this ever happened to you, my DU music fans?

Forgot about this song, for years but tumbled on to it via YouTube. Listened to it loud, like I did back years ago. My body responded, my heart raced and chest feels full. Then when Steve Perry begins to sing my eyes water. If I didn't know better, it's like a healing experience.

Does this ever happen to anyone else, after rediscovering a long loved song? Makes me feel happy. I guess my brain remembers.

I'm gonna play this a few more times and sleep well. The song is below:

Songs bring dampness to my eyes ALL THE TIME, usually cause I'm thinking of who/what 'times' they remind me of ... specially if it's an old love.

Right there witcha

I actually saw them in 1980 at day on the green, oakland coliseum, with my daddy and stepmom, home for the summer from hong kong, and I remember them playing this, and all 3 of us boogeying and singing along ...

Does that to me. Was an avid pop radio listener starting at age 7 when the Beatles happened (in the US) early 1964. I enjoy the 60s station on Sirius XM and once in a while (not often enough IMO) they will play a song that completely disappeared from the airwaves after its run on the charts. Just something about that - this song has not even entered my consciousness since I was, say, 10 - quite enjoyable.

But don't forget to play it at bother-the-neighbors levels every now and then.

And get yourself out there and see it played live, if you can.
