But It is an amazing document of that transitional phase in late 60s to early 70s.

Earl was a true gentleman and artist as he says in one interview in the film (I'm paraphrasing)

I don't just want top do rocky top and Wabash cannonball for the rest of my life.

There is a new generation playing this music and taking it in new directions. I'm one of them. Maybe not in age but in my desire to expand what's accepted
