It was...uhmmm...in...River Grove? Next exit from Harlem I think on 290. They bulldozed it and made it a parking lot. What a shame. That stage saw Aerosmith, Styx (who I hate but, y'know) Alice In Chains, Mother Love Bone, etc. Too much history to destroy. Fucking travesty to those who knew. Can't count the times I drove home from that place all the way back to Indiana drunk. (Not proud or bragging, just amazed that I pulled off.) The number of big haired blondes in boustiers I pulled.... Breaks my heart that it's gone. That and The Avalon.....
