Photography
Related: About this forumso I posted a couple weeks ago that I was taking a work trip...
...that I expected to be short on work and long on photography opportunities. Well, you know what they say about the best laid plans, lol. It turned into a real pain in the butt, with few chances to get my camera out. All I shot was half a dozen bristlecone pines on White Mtn in the Patriarch Grove of the Inyo National Forest on a rainy, solidly overcast day, with crappy, featureless light. I dug out the memory card this evening and here is the first image I edited. I hope you like it.

(9,815 posts)I"ll bet that the light worked wonders with the subject. Is there a larger image available? Would love to see and know more.
