Here in the North Country (of New York) I did see a few trees with leaves coming back and a few newly planted flowers when I was out today. Just hope that the flowers don't freeze when it goes below freezing overnight.

We actually experienced 80-degree weather last week which is quite unusual, and may be the reason for the unseasonal blooms. Snow in April is not unusual here. We're still a bit above normal, 40s and 50s during the day, but I discovered today that I put my winter jacket away too soon.
