Related: About this forumThese four photos are experimental. I took them at the El Segundo Farmer's Market today.
I decided to use my big lens, the 100--400mm. It's heavy and I need to play more with it. These are the four best ones. Most were taken between 100 and 150mm. And of course, I was standing some distance away.

I loved the tulips too! I had to get that photo! So I did.

(4,608 posts)I love the berry shot. The angle, the way the different berries are organized, the lines of the turquoise containers and the green of the sugar snaps in the foreground is very pleasing. I think its the four solid colored rows then the patchwork quilt of different berries as your eye moves down the table that grabbed my brain.

Patchwork quilt is a very good way to describe it!
