Yes, most definitely. Their "singing" is one of the best parts. Solly Mack Feb 2013 #3

Tiny squirrel runs of tiny birds. I almost missed the squirrel at first because he was so small.

Even the snow made me happy.

I enjoy watching birds. Thank you so very much for creating the video and sharing it with me!!

What do Redpolls like to eat?

either medium or fine. They just go nuts over them. The chickadees and nuthatches liked sunflower seeds, too, but the redpolls have run them off for the time being. The redpolls stay around here all day long. When they're not in the feeders, the birch trees are full of them. I love their happy little chirpy warbles. Did you have your sound on?

The Goldfinches like to chase away the other birds at my feeders. They try, anyway. Chipping Sparrows are fairly stubborn. I get a lot of House Sparrows and House Finches as well. I sit by the window and observe. Sometimes I can have around 12 Cardinals at a time.

I don't know what they're going to do when I leave here. Not many people help feed the birds in my neighborhood. I sometimes worry that I'm doing more harm than good. I know they need the food source. Still.

and these are northern birds anyway, so if we didn't feed them, they'd find something to chow down on elsewhere. I was more concerned about all those mallards that have stayed around since the Cuddy Park was built over by the library, but they look healthy, so I guess enough people are taking care of them. They're so thick, it's hard to even drive into the parking lot without running over them.

My grandsons told me they heard geese the other day which is unheard of this early in the season. I have to wonder if it wasn't some of the ducks flying around.

Now, that I've put my toe into the video water, I'll probably have to do some more of it. No point in having the function on the camera if you don't use it, right?
