Lovely dish.
I make muffins with organic blueberries I buy from the store:
1 3/4 c flour ( I use 1 cup white,, 3/4 c wheat)
1/4 c sugar
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 well beaten egg
3/4 c milk
1/3 cup oil ( I use Smart Balance)
I also add finely chopped pecans, diced apples & non-fat plain yogurt (for consistency).
They are a nice treat with my morning coffee.

Thanks for the recipe - I'll try them

I use organic fat free milk, so I kid myself into thinking all is well.
