That glowing flower looks like Selfheal, aka Prunella vulgaris.
How did it get glowy?

showing below the tree branches. I think it is. I will have to make sure because the photos show a plant much smaller than the specimen I photographed.

It almost looks like you used an IR filter to capture the top one. The Lotus leaves have an unearthly sheen to them, quite nice.

OK, I was able to recreate it. Here's what I did. I adjusted white balance to lighten highlights a bit, then converted to black and white. With the conversion script I have, it allows me to apply colored filters. I applied the green. The next step was to adjust curves. I pulled the mid tones down. That was it.
