It gives me insight into your "golden" macro post. Also it has one of the few infrared photos in it that I like. (I do not yet take to IR photos that much)
and the first one blows my mind.
For that particular look do you have enough photo to straighten it and put the bird in dead center? Worth a peek, maybe.

that is pretty much the whole foto. i can straighten it slightly but soon i start to cup off the top of the feathers. the foto I posted is uncropped

as for the IR fotos,Im using a photo with an enhanced color filter. it allows some red thru + infrared instead of blocking all visible light. then when i swap red for blue in photoshop i get some nice colors.
