M-I-C ... K-E-Y...

I put old frozen hotdog buns outside in hopes of keeping the Mickeys out of my house in the wintertime. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

I'm thinking this one is probably a mouse because of the long tail.

I've seen one little mouse sneaking stuff from under the bird feeder. It's funny.

but we haven't had as many birds this year as last, so there aren't really a lot of seeds on the ground for the rodents.

The past two years we had huge influxes of redpolls about this time of the year, literally hundreds of them every day, but this year I haven't seen one. Probably something about the weird weather patterns this year.
