nikon d4 at high iso

sample shots done as high as iso 128000

anyone want to give me 7k or so?

Of course, you get what you pay for, but you can pay less than $1K for a DSLR camera body and get excellent low light performance. OK, not 128,000, but still very good. With a little noise reduction, I can get very acceptable (8x10 printable) shots at ISO 6400 on my Canon EOS-7D and an f/2.8 through-entire-range zoom.
