Star Trails, Take I

First serious attempt at trying to grab a star trail image...

It's actually a composite of 111 images shot over a 1 hour period stacked using http://www.startrails.de/html/software.html

I'm off to try a few more tonight...

I just bought an equatorial mount for my camera (still in the box). I'm waiting for a clear night when I have some time to try it out. Unfortunately there's a lot of light pollution around the metromess here. I'll probably have to wait for a good camping trip before I'm able to do much with it.
