I have more photos of my cat than just about anything else, although I am embarrassed to say that few are good. Animals and babies, both too hard to get to sit still when they are looking precious.

photos, and hope the cat can tolerate your presence long enough to get a good shot.

The black/white works well. A final sharpening pass after being resized for the web might be helpful, but otherwise nicely done!
