The Temple of Dendor is pretty neat as are the rest of the Egyptian exhibits. I always loved archaeology.

It depends how fast the contest fills up. I'm just not thinking creatively, I guess. But thanks for the kind words.

It's intense, textured, and actually has me feeling like I am in a time spin.
Love it!

It's in the Metropolitan Museum in NYCity. Was there in early January.

I since dropped my external hard drive with (thousands) photos and it's busted. It would be a thousand dollars to get the photos back.
I'm glad I did not lose the ones from that visit. It's a huge loss to me, but, onward and upward - I can always take new photographs,

This is a type of shell that you put the hard drive into, and then access via your computer to recover all data on the busted hard drive.
Don't know if this applies to your case, but thought sharing this might be of help.

Cool photo by Matt.
Gets a little sadder once you realize what you are looking at.
My first thought was "looks a lot like the city of Chernobyl", so I did a little digging based on the URL.
Right disaster, different city.
