They would have been way to complex for me to ever try using.

That one is a beauty though. I love looking at pictures of old stuff. Good shot through the store window! Thanks!

I can look at this and in someways it almost looks like a Victorian android. All along the Bowery there are these restaurant supply stores and I love the look of industrial kitchen gadgets.
