I was not particularly looking forward to this birthday, because in the last couple of weeks one disturbing thing happened after another, and I was concerned about what might still be lurking and waiting to pounce.

It was a good and quiet day though, and this was really a bit of icing on the cake - there wasn't one - until Peggy brought it by.
