These are a fabulous report. LOVE the second one, the red dirt, the presentation. The placement and colors in the fishing photo! I'm especially fond of the white sided barn, the movement and color on the ground - in essence repeated in the sky make a powerful image.
Scary and good catch, the sunset and the treeline/ sky. I like the looking down shot on the truck, it does it's job to make me feel I'm losing my balance, and the way you cocked the shot of the b/w ranshackle house.

How did you do the Gecko?

Overall I'm happy you bothered showing these. They are a treat, I hope they pull them out to the "Cool" page.

going 50-80mph. Thanks for the comment. The gecko was shot with an android about 5 in the morning, the temperature was in the mid thirties. The hotel, Hampton Inns I think that's where I was? had large glass globes on top of columns and it was staying warm. The funny thing is an armadillo at the same time was grubbing around me, but not enough light to get any shots.
